1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the phh22 platform located at phh22.net and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. 2 Eligibility
Use of the phh22 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

3 Account Registration
To access the full features of the phh22 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one (1) active phh22 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, account suspensions, self-exclusion periods, or betting limits — is strictly prohibited. phh22 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. 3.2 Account Security

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
phh22 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The minimum deposit is ₱100. phh22 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose transaction fees for which phh22 accepts no responsibility.
Deposit funds are credited to your phh22 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant while bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. phh22 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to: (a) completion of identity verification; (b) satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any bonus balances; and (c) the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 for e-wallet methods. Withdrawal requests are processed by phh22 within the timeframes published on the Platform's payment information page.
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in the verified account holder's name. phh22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. phh22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.
5.3 Dormant Account Policy
An account that has had no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. phh22 will notify the account holder via registered email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee. Any remaining balance will be preserved and accessible to the verified account holder upon account reactivation.
6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion at the time of offer.
6.1 Wagering Requirements

Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings remain subject to the wagering restriction and are not available for withdrawal.
6.2 Bonus Restrictions

6.3 Loyalty Program
phh22 operates a loyalty tier program offering Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond VIP levels with corresponding benefits. Loyalty tier status is determined by cumulative wagering activity and may be adjusted at phh22's discretion. Loyalty points or tier status have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
7 Game Rules and Outcomes
All games on the phh22 Platform — including live dealer games, video slots, fishing games, bingo, crash, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In all cases of conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms govern with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters; individual game rules govern with respect to game mechanics and specific wagering outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
- Using automated software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanized means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate Platform functionality;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit shared information in live dealer or multiplayer formats;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;

10 Intellectual Property

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any service is to discontinue using the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits phh22's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
12 Account Suspension and Termination
phh22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if phh22 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have violated any provision of these Terms;
- Your account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
- You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
- Your account has been accessed in a manner consistent with security compromise;
- Regulatory or legal obligations require the suspension or closure of your account.
Upon account termination for cause, phh22 may withhold any remaining balance pending the conclusion of any investigation. Balances held in accounts terminated for violation of these Terms may be forfeited in full. phh22 will communicate account termination decisions and, where legally permissible, the grounds for such decisions, via your registered contact information.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
13 Privacy and Data Protection
phh22 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phh22, you agree to first contact phh22's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. phh22 will endeavor to respond to all dispute notices within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phh22 decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account investigations, and account closures made in accordance with these Terms are final with respect to the operational matter involved, subject to the rights of players under Philippine consumer protection law.
15 Amendments to These Terms
